About PayKut

PayKut is a customer-facing app that:

• Helps users discover local merchants offering exclusive discounts.

• Allows payments through UPI and other digital payment options.

• Offers cashback, rewards, or discounts as per merchant participation.

Discounts and Offers

• All discounts/offers shown on the app are provided by participating merchants.

• PayKut does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or ongoing validity of any discount.

• Offers may vary based on merchant terms, location, or time of transaction.

Payments

• Payments are processed through third-party UPI apps or directly at merchant counters.

• PayKut is not liable for payment failures, delays, or disputes between users and merchants.

• Refunds or disputes must be handled directly with the merchant unless specified otherwise.

Merchant Listings

• PayKut lists one merchant per category per market to maintain exclusivity.

• Listings are based on merchant partnership and availability, not on endorsements.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

• Copy, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the app.

• Interfere with app operations or compromise data security.

Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Dynamik Modus LLP.

• You may not use any content from the app without written permission.

Privacy

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PayKut if you violate these terms or misuse the app.

• You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in specific cities.

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from PayKut

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from PayKut

• Redistribute content from PayKut

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of the application offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the application. Dynamik modus llp does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the Application. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Dynamik modus llp, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Dynamik modus llp shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on the application.

Dynamik modus llp reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the Comments on the application and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

• The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party;

• The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material, which is an invasion of privacy.

• The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant Dynamik modus llp a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

Hyperlinking to our Content:

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies;

• Search engines;

• News organizations;

• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

• System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.
